Pastors Will & Cindy Aybar, are natives of The Bronx, New York which is also where they met in 1995. They accepted Christ around the year 1998. They are both humbled and gifted servants of God whose ultimate desire is to do the will of God. Pastor will & Cindy moved to the Albany area in 2003 when The Lord spoke to them to leave The Bronx and start a new journey in upstate NY.

They have been ministering & serving in the Albany community for over 15 years. They have been married for 23 years and have 4 children. Pastor Will & Cindy’s desire as a church is to be within the community proclaiming the Word of Christ & to impact the community in which they are in.

Pastor Will & Cindy both love The Lord, God’s people and His Word. They enjoy Family time, relaxing and gathering with friends and family. They enjoy preaching & teaching the Word of God with power, conviction, and simplicity at every opportunity that avails them without compromise.

Pastor Will & Cindy both felt God calling them to start a new ministry during the 2019 covid pandemic, along with Pastors Benny & Thalia Alvarez. In 2020, Come Connect Church was birthed. We are excited to see what the Lord has for us in the years to come.
